The Dual LAN/IP Buffer Box will be installed between the PABX and a Windows based PC using the Local Area Network medium.
The Dual LAN/IP Buffer Box Communicates to the PABX and the PC via TCP/IP. There is no serial comms available.
Redirector Software is supplied to communicate from a PC to the Dual LAN/IP Buffer Box.
Device Installer Software is supplied for programming the Dual LAN/IP Buffer to work on your Network.
The Software can store virtually unlimited Telephone Call Records.
Approximately 10000 call records can be stored in the Dual LAN/IP Buffer.
The Buffer Box is a temporary storage device, thus a dedicated PC is not required.
